Sparkling embroidered clutch bag
We've received a new shipment of clutch bags featuring haute couture embroidery, adorned with colorful sequins and beads!
This clutch is Old Rose .
The combination of pink as the base color and black motifs creates a truly lovely color scheme. The front is made of delicate silk organza with embroidery, while the back is lined with luxurious black velvet.
Although it's a two-tone design in pink and black, the addition of smoky blue stitching as an accent gives it an exceptionally cute finish.
Furthermore, velvet is used for the piping, so you can enjoy its luster and soft texture from the outside as well.
I think the deep blue gradient is a color that's unique to col & couture. Since it's based on dark colors, I thought it would suit a nighttime atmosphere, but it seems to blend in surprisingly well with a casual look as well.

These are small details, but the tiny dots you can see here and there are "glass beads."
I personally love it because it has a refreshing, translucent quality reminiscent of morning dew.
When we think of haute couture embroidery, we tend to think of it as something to wear on special occasions, but it actually blends surprisingly well with everyday outfits too.
This time I tried shooting with denim! (I have a lot of navy crew necks, so my photos always look like I'm wearing the same outfit, but actually they're different ♡)

Simply carrying it as an accessory with your everyday outfit will add a touch of glamour.
We also want to pay attention to the specifications of the interior.
For the lining, I chose a luxurious grosgrain woven rayon shantung.
This fabric is not only strong and practical, but also snag-resistant, and has a subtle sheen that makes it look nice. Additionally, it's a lighter color so that the contents of the clutch are easily visible.

While it doesn't offer much storage space, the feeling of exhilaration you get when you hold it and its light, comfortable feel make it perfect for both special occasions and everyday use.
We start the clutch embroidery here.
I'll transfer the design onto silk organza, and this time I'll start by embroidering on the front side.

Because the sequins are so prominent, the beads might not stand out at first glance.
But actually, there are lots of beads scattered throughout, both as accents and to create a three-dimensional effect in the embroidery.
Once the front is finished, we'll start embroidering the back using a crochet hook. For a clutch of this size, this embroidery will take several days. 🪡
I handle everything myself, from planning and design to production and finishing.
It took some time, but I'm very happy with the result; it's a piece that's uniquely col & couture.
As a side note, photography is really difficult!
Matching the actual colors is quite difficult, and it's a constant process of trial and error.

No matter how hard we try, the appearance can vary depending on device settings and browsers, but I think we've managed to represent the colors of these two clutches relatively accurately.

I also post updates regularly on Instagram , so I'd be happy if you followed me there!
